Hemcos, short for Hemant Mishra Consultancy, began with a problem to solve. One day, he met with a friend who explained that he was struggling to transform an idea into a business model. To help his friend, Hemant decided to put his 13 years of experience in the field of IT consulting and business acumen to work and embarked on a side project. After deeply understanding the business idea over food and drinks, Hemant was able to help his friend create a business strategy, which included building a new website, a refreshed marketing approach, and plans on how to grow his business. Today, this business is thriving and has retained Hemcos to continue providing digital marketing support.
